Saturday, December 6th
Jeremiah worked OVERTIME at 3am so I took the kids to Smith & Edwards for the afternoon in order to allow him to have a nap. While we were there, the kids were fortunate enough to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they want for Christmas...
Kotah- "a Magic 8 Ball"
Kenai- "Legos"
Kaiya- "a Mermaid"
Here's hoping Santa is able to accommodate such difficult/demanding children ;) haha
That night (after the ward party) Kenai was lying in bed and we heard him yell out.... "I LOST MY TOOTH!" He came RUNNING up the stairs to show us. There was hardly any blood indicating that he didn't have much left to "pull" that tooth from.
Then he rinsed his mouth and turned on his heel to get back into bed so the TOOTH FAIRY could "finally" come visit him and leave him money (just as Kotah got)
The next morning when he got up I asked him if the Tooth Fairy had indeed come and he had actually forgotten about the whole thing... he ran back downstairs and flung his pillow off the head of his bed revealing the crisp $1 bill laid out perfectly for him. What a fun new experience for him.
