June has been full of HIKING... here we are (Kotah, Kenai, Kaiya and myself) hiking in Bountiful to Elephant Rock. It was a well shaded hike most of the way, but there were also many (WAY TOO MANY) mountain bikers that just seem to think they can go as fast as they can without any sort of consideration of others using the trail. Because of this, I will NOT be taking the kids back to this trail on a weekend.
Last week on the 19th I took the kids and went hiking with Syrie, Bryce, and Stryder up Adam's Canyon in Kaysville/Fruit Heights area.
Stryder, Bryce and Syrie (side note... Syrie and Bryce have lost like 50-60lbs in the last few months combined- WAY TO GO... KEEP IT UP)
After their long hike the kids sat on the boulder in the parking area to rest and pose for me. We also called my mom and we met up with her for lunch.
