FREE day on the Town

Yesterday we took full advantage of many FREE activities offered this time of year.

1- Our day started at the Library.  I like to take the kids and let them spend at least 30 minutes playing educational games on the computers as well as picking up several books for them to read for the week and sometimes we get a few movies for Movie Nights.

2. We went to The Treehouse Museum in Ogden.
There is a program in Weber County (R.A.M.P.) where there are different activities offered throughout the community for free on different Saturdays all summer long. This is one of the activities that was free yesterday.  We planned on also attending the Union Station Museums just around the corner, but the kids were ready for lunch by the time we finished up here.

 Playing so well together
The kids caught the sea monster
The kids playing well together, the girl next to them hit herself in the face haha it was the funniest looking thing, I know, I'm awful haha but it was hilarious.
I just had to take this picture... Isn't my husband a sexy man?!?! haha Love you babe!!
Daddy playing the drums with Kaiya
Kaiya loved playing with the babies in the 'Doctor' area... so did Kenai and Kotah was looking at the X-rays and microscopes :)

3. We went to the Newgate Mall and used gift cards to get a free lunch at Chick-fil-A
4. We spent the next hour walking around the mall to look at a few options for Jeremiah's Father's Day gift.
5. We went to the "zoo" aka- PetsMart.  While walking around looking at the animals we realized that we could allow the kids to HOLD some of them.
Kotah loved holding the little lizard
Kaiya, not so much, but she wanted to touch it while Jer or I held it

6. Bike ride (Sharcy and Kaiya)
7. Movie Night- "The Village" which was too slow for both the kids and parents haha
