Christmas Eve picture in the new pajamas...
We baked fresh sugar cookies for Santa and left them with some Egg Nog... He ate all but 2 and drank the whole glass...
Basement TV room before the kids entered it...
Christmas morning started about 8:30. The boys got up and we all brushed our teeth before waking Kaiya and heading downstairs to see the loot...
I was working the camcorder so Jer was the one capturing these few pictures before he was "Santa" and started handing out presents to be opened...
The kids cleaned house with gifts this year...Kotah- (from Mom and Dad) a Stripling Warrior Action Figure, Camel bak and Batman Legos (from Kena/Kaiya) Paint by number pictures and from Santa he got some new video game controllers, sheets, coloring book, and a pillow pet night light thing.
Kenai- (Mom/Dad) a Stripling Warrior Action Figure, Camel bak and Police Lego set (Kotah/Kaiya) smaller Batman/Catwoman/Joker Legos and from Santa he go a pillow pet night light, SMURFS, and a Pirate chest including a sword, compass, para scope, and a red bandanna.
Kaiya- (Mom/Dad) Camel bak... SEE a trend here with what we are hoping to do more of this year??? :), a purse, and a BRAVE doll (Kotah/Kenai) Small horses that fit in her hands and Santa gave her a butterfly pillow pet light thing as well as a coloring book.
Sabrina/Ron got the kids games. Kenai got Hungry Hungry Hippos
Kotah got Battleship (we've already played a few games)
Kaiya got a Gator Golf game
When we were finished opening all the gifts under the tree Kenai found this letter IN the tree...
It says, "Kotah, Kenai and Kaiya. Hope you can find time to enjoy the gifts I've left you... I wasn't able to get them all in the house so here are a few clues for where my elves hid the best gift of all...
1. It is outside your house, yet inside shelter
2. It has been left close to your house and close to Gunner's
3. It is in your backyard
4. (if you haven't guessed yet) it is in the SHED
NOW... get out there, unlock the door and see what's inside"
We headed out to see what was inside and we discovered all the parts necessary to build a TRAMPOLINE... I guess the kids will have another "Christmas" this Spring when we are able to set it up for them.
