December 3rd my gym... ROY CROSSFIT ...had an in house competition with only athletes that workout in their facility. It was so much fun. Even if I am nearly dead in some of these pictures, believe me when I say I can't wait for the next one.
Becky (Wilberg) was so kind to make this Beautiful collage of my different turns on the Assault bike. It was so awful, and I was so naive. haha LOVE IT, even if I look like I'm dying.
