Kaiya's 2nd Birthday

Kaiya is 2 YEARS old... She is the most beautiful little Red Headed Princess EVER (although I may be slightly bias)
Her birthday was on a Sunday so I had prepared her cinnamon rolls the night before so we could eat them for breadfast before church (9AM).
Later that night we went over to my parents' house (since my dad's birthday was Friday, the 11th) and celebrated there.  We had dinner, cake, ice cream, and then opened presents.  It was so much fun

Jovi (and family) got Kaiya a little backpack with a "Polly Pocket" doll and some clothes... we have had afternoons filled with nothing but changing those little, tiny clothes. :)
Stryder (and family) got her a MRS. Potato Head... she likes to put the pieces in all the WRONG places and laugh at how silly she is being.
We (Kenai picked out) a "Brave" doll for her because... "It looks just like Kaiya AND she has a bow and arrow."
My parents got her a few outfits we are hoping she will be able to wear before it is too warm and she'll have to wait until next Fall, but really if that is what happens at least we know she'll still be small enough to fit in them.

The following day, on the 14th, we had her annual (we have now moved into annual) doctor visits.  She is doing extremely well with her fine motor skills, speaking, communication, and my favorite... she is LOVING the toilet (MOST days) we have finally purchased some panties and we let her wear them when we are staying home :) Her official stats from Dr. Strasser's visit are:
Length: 32.64 inches= 27%
Weight: 22 lbs 5.5 ozs= 4%
Head Cir.: 46.4cm= 22%
She is still staying nice and small (and we are excited that she is back up to the 4th percentile in her weight) and if she weren't doing so well with the other developmental stages I might be somewhat concerned, but I'm not... she will just be small and petite I guess.  We sure do LOVE you Kaiya!!! You make our family complete.
