Kotah worked hard all year (Sept-Sept) to complete and fulfill the requirements for him to advance in Cub Scouts and achieve the rank of WOLF.
He had all the work finished before his birthday, but he was still going to Football Practice every Tuesday night so we missed September's Pack Meeting and then in October they didn't have a formal gathering, we just went to the fire station.
Kotah was excited that he got to participate in the flag ceremony.
When they got to the awards, Kotah's was the only advancement... they paint their faces according to different qualities they are supposed to have developed while working on the different goals. He has grown up SOOO much over the last year.
(as proof that we are still doing football practices, just earlier since it gets dark by 5ish, Kotah is still in his pants, under armor and cleats)
HERE HE IS AFTER GETTING HIS WOLF, BUT BEFORE HE PUT ON HIS ADDITIONAL YELLOW BEADS AND ARROW HEADS :)
After all the awards the boys played some games, followed by refreshments and cleaning up. Kotah likes scouts and is happy to be moving on to new challenges as a BEAR. Keep up the hard work buddy and you'll be shaped into the kind of person that thrives in life. Love you so much and I'm so proud of all you've accomplished so far.
