Saturday, September 20th
On Friday, I made Kotah pancakes before school (kinda made it into a weekend thing for him too) On Saturday morning we had eggs and bacon. This year has been so nice with the boys' games. The earliest game is at NOON!!!
We had my parents over and we opened gifts before the games. He got the ball from Kenai and Kaiya and the shirt/gloves from my parents. Jeremiah and I got him a shirt and sweatpants (pictured further below)
On Sunday we had dinner/cake/ice cream over at my parents... ABOVE is what happened to the cake on the way over.... we patched it with the icing that had stuck to the cover (BUT hey at least you can see how cool the CAMOFLAGUE cake was)
We had hot dogs, chips, frog-eye salad and it was all stuff Kotah LOVES :)
Kotah has always been the kid that acts older than he is. He is speaking Spanish, he is going early and staying late with school to get his homework done, he got contacts, he is growing into such a WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN. We love you so much Kotah and while you are challenging at times we are very pleased with the paths you are taking in your life at this time. You are such a joy to have in our lives.
